ispo BrandNew Awards is the world’s biggest competition for young entrepreneurs in the sports articles industry. It was established in 2000 by the Münchner Messegesellschaft and DuPont. Since this time, more than 2,000 young companies and brands from all over the world have entered the competition, and so far 640 entrants have been selected by the internationally appointed jury to perform a presentation at ispo in the specially designed BrandNew Village. Today, internationally successful brands such as Alprausch, Nixon Watches, Naish Kites or Liquid Ice used their BrandNew award as a springboard for international business.
